Red Salmon Arts presents Posters, Poetry, & Jazz: a night of Poetic Resistance & Musical Roots. The event will feature a musical performance by local jazz trumpter Ephraim Owens & his Quartet and spoken word performances by Chicana poet/activist Erika Gonzalez & Chicanindio poet/human rights activist raulrsalinas. Rare, limited, and vintage posters circa 1970's to presents will be on sale including International Solidarity posters from Cuba, Mexico, Nicaragua, & El Salvador, Chicano/a art posters, and Indigenous posters representing Zapatista & American Indian Movement struggles, plus many more! $5 dollar suggested donation
